Refund policy

Thank you for ordering for your furry friend from Phoeley's Collections!

Don't worry! We're here to help your order if you are not entirely satisfied or have ordered incorrectly 

Be sure to measure your pup prior to ordering for the perfect fit, but we understand sometimes the sizing can be difficult to exact, so we have a 10-day exchange policy for within UAE and India , which means you have within 10 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.  

International orders can unfortunately not be returned/exchanged. So we kindly encourage you to be absolutely sure of the order requirements !

Please note:

We will exchange your product for the size you require in the same pattern/design 

Any unsettled amount will either be refunded back (for lesser value request item) or paid by the customer (for higher value request item) upon receiving the requested product

Kindly note: Refund processing for above will take between 7-10 working days to credit back to your account

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: Customer will have to bear a small fee (AED 25 or INR 200) of return shipping charges 


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want, is to inform us of the size issue and the requirement as early as possible. We will process your new order once the return is successfully completed.

So please don't hesitate to reach out to us on all platforms!

Damages and issues 

We personally check each and every order before packaging, but we also request you to inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you !

Kindly note that the products are not indestructible
